Shipping policy

1. Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship to Malaysia and Singapore, please drop us a text if you wished us to ship to your country :)

 

2. How much does shipping cost?

The  checkout page will automatically calculate the corresponding shipping fee based on the product weight.

Free shipping for orders above RM100 in Malaysia, RM150 in Singapore.

 

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Malaysia (Local) delivery will take 3-7 days.

Delivery to Singapore will take 7-14 days.

Delivery could be delayed during the certain holiday. 

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time 

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances) 

Processing Time: 1-3  business days.

 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

 

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at mewstudio21@gmail.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
